Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Kees: Learn Dutch mobile application. By using Kees, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Learning Service

Kees provides Dutch-language learning, practice, AI-assisted feedback and exam-preparation content. Kees is an independent educational tool and is not affiliated with DUO or the Dutch government. We do not guarantee an exam result, language level, immigration outcome or the accuracy of every generated response.

Kees Pro Subscriptions

• Kees Pro is available as monthly, six-month and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.
• For euro storefronts, the intended prices are €3.99 per month, €16.99 per six months and €29.99 per year. Your App Store or Google Play purchase sheet displays the binding local price, currency, taxes and billing period before confirmation.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it through the relevant store before the renewal date.
• Deleting Kees does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the paid period ends, subject to store rules.
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple App Store or Google Play policies.

Restoring Purchases

Kees does not require an account. Purchases can be restored on the same store platform using the Apple ID or Google account used to buy them. Apple and Google purchases are not transferable between store families and are not shared with the Kees website.

Free and Premium Features

We may change the exact selection of free and Premium learning material as the app evolves. An active Kees Pro entitlement currently removes ads and unlocks the complete bundled exam library, additional grammar and games, higher AI Coach limits and Premium voice features. Features that rely on AI, speech, translation or purchase verification require internet access and third-party availability.

AI Coach and Speech Features

AI Coach is optional and intended for users aged 18 or older. Generated answers may be incomplete or incorrect and are not legal, immigration or professional advice. Do not submit personal, confidential or sensitive data. You are responsible for reviewing generated information before relying on it.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse Kees, attempt to bypass Premium controls, abuse connected services, automate excessive requests, reverse engineer protected services where prohibited by law, or use the app for unlawful content or activity.

Availability and Changes

We may improve, replace, limit or discontinue features. Connected services can be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, capacity, provider changes or network conditions. Locally stored progress may be lost if you clear app data or uninstall the app without a platform backup.

Intellectual Property

The Kees name, character, interface, original exercises and bundled content are owned by Future Games or used under applicable licences. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app.
